"Laura was nothing shy of amazing! I called in a state of panic, due to the fact my auto insurance unexpectedly increased dramatically. As a single mom whom recently went through an ugly divorce, times like this can be detrimental.Nevertheless, she patiently listened as I unloaded all of my problems(most had nothing to do with ins). She not only found me a very reasonable car insurance plan and a plan to cover my laptop, but she also took the time to point out specific moments during the toughest years of my life that I should be proud of myself for. She renewed my faith within myself. By the end of the call, I had protection on my vehicle paid up for 6 months and on my laptop for a year. Now I can focus on making Christmas magical again for my little girl rather than worry about insurance. I can not thank Laura and State Farm enough."
